AEWE Leaders will meet on June 1 at 6 p.m. in Room #170 (or Mr. Earl's room) prior to the student meeting at 6:30 p.m. same night. There's a lot going on at the BACC June 1 - so the room is located just inside the front doors to minimize traffic through the building.
We will be practicing tent set up and possibly doing a short hike. Bring your packs and wear your boots!
All leader and student fees are due so please come prepared to pay trip balance. If we need your permission forms, please get them in as students cannot go on the trip without forms on file. Forms must be on file before the Pokagon trip.
On June 16, a practice Pokagon trip is tentatively planned. Time TBA, and a bus will provide transportation to the park from the BACC. Participants will need to wear boots and bring packs. We will let you know if there are any other items you will need to bring.
